Earlier this year, our team completed the installation of a 285,000-square-foot PVC single-ply roofing system for a data center in Virginia. Serving as a subcontractor on this high-profile, large-scale project, our team was responsible for delivering a durable and energy-efficient roofing system designed to meet the rigorous performance and waterproofing standards of a mission-critical facility.

The project spanned from January through the end of May 2025. Although the final phase brought a stretch of challenging rainy weather, we adapted quickly with schedule adjustments and field coordination to maintain progress. Our team completed the work on time, while achieving quality results that exceeded the client’s expectations.

The scope of work included:

• Precision detailing around expansion joints, internal drains, canopies, and wall flashing.

• Installation of a high-performance PVC membrane over a flat commercial structure

• Coordination with multiple trades under a strict construction schedule

• Execution of work on an active, high-security site with no disruptions to surrounding infrastructure
