Throughout last year, our team completed the installation of several 170,000- to 285,000-square-foot PVC roofing systems for data centers in northern and central Virginia. Serving as a subcontractor on this high-profile, large-scale set of projects, our team was responsible for delivering durable and energy-efficient roofing systems designed to meet the rigorous performance and waterproofing standards of each mission-critical facility.

The project spanned throughout 2025. Our team completed the work on schedule, while achieving quality results that exceeded the client’s expectations.

The scope of work included:

• Precision detailing around expansion joints, internal drains, canopies, and wall flashing.

• Installation of a high-performance PVC membrane over a flat commercial structure

• Coordination with multiple trades under a strict construction schedule

• Execution of work on an active, high-security site with no disruptions to surrounding infrastructure
